My game has problems

Hello !

Can any one please help me .
I can't watch any entrance video in Smackdown 2 know your role, only black screen appears, & then game starts ........thats why I turn off the videos .

yes ! every thing is fine...game is automatically skipping wrestlers intros , don't know why!
