Do there anyone know if a plugin to use a normal mouse with ePSXe to play, is available?

ePSXe has mouse support built into the internal pad plugin. When you go to configure your controller, click on the drop down box in the upper right corner. You should see something like "Digital/Mouse (F5)". That's the option you want to select.
