HTML in emails, how to?

Anyone knows how to make emails look like an webpage? I got several emails from news letters where they got tables, pics, etc... like an website? How do u do that?

Actually i did google. But its still pretty hard to find what i want. All the guides are written like i already knew what to look for. And i don't

It depends on how you're sending them. If it's via some kind of ASP/PHP script, you have to make sure it's multipart/html encoded and then you just dump the HTML into the HTMLBody. Outlook uses Word to write its emails and HTML encoding is selected by default. So, you can bold, italicize, add images, etc... within the editor.
