Yeah, I know, says the guy with 3 or 4 Deadcasts.

But you can never have enough of them, PS3s though, 1 is too many!

I dunno about 360s though, maybe with RROD you need multiple ones?

mine erroneously gave a rrod 2 years ago but it's still very much alive (it's also a newer model, but not a slim)

I never had a rrod on my jasper or a rdod on my slim. only thing to ever go wrong with my slim was a open disc tray error I do miss my first 360 slim it had a quieter fan

I have the jasper. It's also still my first and only xbox. I still don't know why it RROD'ed at the time...I just turned it off and back on again and it's been fine ever since just like before it.

Mind, not that it never hangs but that seems to be software-related most of the time (e.g. game room tends to hang on exit). Anyhow, it's an MS product so basically I'm not really surprised if it locks up from time to time

Oh, and it's noisy already (fan). Usually makes more racket than the pc right next to it.

I just wanted to pop in and let everyone know I am still around. However this is my time to say goodbye, it's been fun and I've gotten to know some great people. The past couple weeks have been rough for me and I've decided I am for the most part going to detach myself from the internet except for the occasional online game as it's causing me unnecessary stress. I've decided the best thing for me is to get out more and focus on self improvement including weight loss and my self esteem.

I might pop in from time to time but my visits here will be few and far between. Well take care folks I will now be dancing off quietly into the moonlight.

Note: If anyone here that was a friend on my Facebook account is wondering why I removed you as a friend it's because I will be deactivating my Facebook account.
