the prompt of the old version of epsxe could not be found can be turned off in the options window... is anyone else having audio problems while using delta?

scratch that

so, from what i've read in the first page, it seems that to use Delta you have to play it first by using the CDrom, so that Delta can recognize the game and make the appropriate settings

but i prefer not to play using CDrom (my precious lens), so any other way around it?

Is there any way to make either this or epsxecutor start .iso files? I tried pointing system.cnf at the actual file. It starts epsxe, but I still have to tell it to load the .iso.

Delta download is down. I can't find a mirror anywhere. "Couldn't connect to MySQL:Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)"

I'm running a laptop with a Sis mirage 3 onboard gpu... I know right.. but it's 128 vram and it dos the trick most of the time.

Only thing is i want to run azure dreams on epsxe but for the life of me i can't get it to run properly.

The sound runs fine, but in-game the lag is preposterous. The cutscenes are fine.. just in-game. =/

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

ive downloaded FFVIII iso from a torrent and when i start it on epxse the controller will pop up put the screen will just stay black after tht, i have no sound either. wht plugin should i use b/c i have Petes plugin but i dont use it b/c when i do, i keep gettin error messages. HELP

do someone have an configuration file for all spyro games???
when some levels will begin i become an error massage "opcode 3f unk (pc 000d895c) (3057,180)".
i have read in another forum that is an configuration error.
i use these plugins:
gpu: pete`s opengl driver 1.75
spu: epsxe spu core 1.7.0.
cd: epsxe cdr wnt/w2k core 1.7.0.

and my os is win xp sp3

please help me!!!

opcode errors are addressed in the FAQ and there are mulltiple causes and fixes for them so i suggest you read over that first.

Hey, everyone. N00b alert.

I've been searching almost all day to get some good PS1 ISOs that I can play on EPSXE, but after a while I quit. It's impossible! Miraculously, I was able to find this. But I need some help.

Before I played any games (actually, I haven't yet got to play any games), I wanted to go through the settings of FF7. I hit the button "Detect Best" for each Plug-in. But for Graphics, there are no Plug-ins at all! I tried to hit "Configure", but it said I should select a Plug-in.

So the settings aren't perfect. I moved on, saved the settings, at clicked on "Run Game". Windows automatically popped up, asking if I should allow "RegisterEditor" to run. I clicked "Continue". But it just popped up again. And again! Then an error message popped up saying "The old version of epsxe cannot be found. The game will therefore be run with the current version."

Okay... I have EPSXE 1.7.0, but whatever. Continue.

Then, out of nowhere, the window C:\Delta\Config pops up. What now?

Wow. Sorry for the huge rant; I'm just frustrated. I'd just love to play these awesome games, and I'm just annoyed that none of them work. Thanks for the help!

Easy Kaizen

Planet_Unicorn: Have you actually gone to the folder of the emulator and checked its /BIOS and /PLUGINS folders? Chances are there's just dummy files there, which means that you would still need to download the required plugins so that they can be selected. They usually don't come with the emulator itself, as plugins are updated more frequently.
