PC restarting

It has rebooted twice yesterday, and one time this morning.
Im suspecting of being either my no-break or my video card.
The first one i really doubt, since his battery is less than 3 months old. BUT my GFX is more than 2 years old.

Im getting some texture corruption, on CS:Source and MU online. I Thought i could be a driver issue, but now i dont know.
The PSU, Processor and MOBO are brand new.

I disabled the WinXP option to restart at an error, to see if i can find anything.

Does it say "there was an error in --------, windows will now reboot" or does it just reboot? You should definitely run a virus scan, since rebooting like that is a common result of many viruses.
