Transfering saves from epsxe to real memory cards

Once I save my game in epsxe, is there a way I can transfer that save to my actual memory card? I'm using the Dexdrive to do it. Can anyone help?

I've done it a couple of time in both ways.

Use PSXGameEdit (http://www.moberg-dybdal.dk/psxge/) to extract the single save file you want to transfer from ePSXe's memcard file (you have to rename to the correct extenstion.
then load up your memcard in your dexdrive (still using PSXgameedit) and add the single save file. Save and you're done !

Can I do this with a USB drive too? I am using a PS2 which has a USB connector; can I save my game file onto a USB flash drive and then put it into my PS2 and use it from there

Not to my knowledge without special software.
