Way to disable flashing in games?

Hello, first time poster here, please be gentle

Anywho, my question is that is there any way that I can disable the flashing in games? By flashing i mean like in certain RPGs where when you hit an enemy the screen would flash. This is how the game is originally but i was wondering if there is any way to disable it in the game. (I did several searches and found nothing)
