HELP!!! PS2 not working

My ps2 dvd drive doesnt spin any cd/dvd. Is there any 'cures' for it? It's a version 4. No it's not DRE's, it's not the power, it's only the drive that doesn't wants to spin. I've tried replacing my drive with other version 4 dvd drive and still the problem is there. Any help?

the cure is... oh wait, i dont think im allowed to go into detail with that on this board, lets jsut say you dont need the drive to play games on your PS2

maybe something on MB of your PS2 has happend...
