Red light ps2???

There's red light coming out of my ps2 form the digital output. And nothing is showing on the screen. I've checked and rechecked everything but still red light is still coming out. Does anyone know what problem this is?

The red light is simply the SPDIF digital signal. It has nothing to do with the screen (AFAIK).

For anyone interested, there's a mirc script which converts "/me 's" into " * nickname's whatever" and adds a nice "/my" command.

change your cords. happend to me before with the ps2. if that doesnt work make sure your on the right input.

eh? Are you talking about the Digital Sound out port? If your not using it, then go into the PS2 options and turn it off.
