Any one know how to fix this prob.The game plays fine but i get no voices in the cut scenes.I have tried most of the plugins.

Enable sound, xa sound and cdda sound under config -> sound, and leave spu irq hack disabled. Use eternal or peops spu plugin. If using peops, remember to enable xa sound also in its config.

Kewl, Legends player 8->

I suggest:
epsxe Internal sound plugin
Petes Gpu For Graphics
Mooby for disk images, and Peops Cdrom plugin for cds

Google search ISO Buster
Download it and make an image of mml2

The internal sound plugin has issues with certain games espcially with CDDA psx cds.

Follow what I-Chan says and obtain the plugin below if you do not have them.
