Question Xeon Mortal Kombat Problem

I just loaded up Mortal Kombat Deception Kollector's Edition into my hard drive. It was ISO at first, turned it into a patched xbe file with the supporting files. When I try to load it, the error it gives is this;

Startup complete
Loading XBE File...
Loading INI file Mortal Kombat Deception Kollector.ini...
Warning: Failed to load INI file!
Loading input plugin...

Then a msgbox pops up saying;

Error: Could not find main function!

------------------------------------------------------------

How do I write an INI file for this game? When I try to load it with cbxb one, I get a pop up box with black content for one second then the window disappears. The log for that one is.

Emu (0x8A8): Debug console allocated (DM_FILE).

Read the rules, the stickies, the readmes,... :S just read something -_-
Current Xeon release is only able to boot Halo. (Not "playable")

EDIT: let me just add a thing...for the ini's. Even though i oubt you have what it takes to write one...keep ini-writing discussions in this thread: http://www.ngemu.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55468
