PS2 USB Converter Question

Ok, I've lately been thinking that I should get myself a USB converter for a PS2 controller to play on my PC. I WAS plenty happy with my Thrustmaster Dual Power, but now that my idiot friend broke it I think the switch to the old comfy PS2 Dual Shock is in order.

My problem is, since it's a 3rd party item, every single site seems to have a different kind. I'm looking for a simple one that only needs to support one controller, rumble would be nice, has good drivers/stability, and is fairly cheap (maybe 15 bucks or so).

Any recommendations of a particular one that would fit these criteria? (Links Please
