Does anyone out there remember C-Watches?

I just found my really old C-Watch. It is the one that goes "Dude"
and is black . And The C-Watch is by Trendmasters . I need to know how to reset the darn watch to regular time . And I can`t figure it out . It only has 3 buttons .

Maybe you should hold a button for a while and see what happens.
