Problem loading tennis2k2 game?

I've been trying to load this image and it crashes because of this Ecelon release thing at the start.

it's been said that the game work eith chankast but I'm usable to try it as it crashes cause of the release titlte thing.

Is there a way to remove this from the image?

reason I'm asking this as I don't have the equiment to rip my own copy I have of the game, so I found a version over the net.

Bash ppl that don't own the original, not because they found an alternative way to backup what they paid for.

So either we delete the forum until it supports original gd-roms and runs without a bios-file, or we live with it. Me myself see nothing wrong with ppl using a pirated/dumped version of a game they OWN, but the law see it different.

The problem is not that you tell us how to remove the intro, the problem is that that site contains other illegal stuff. Link should be removed.

Actually, I agree with you and I can't say that no one in this forum or elsewhere has illegal stuff on his computer in order to run Chankast, you're right, we may break the law somewhat but we should be careful and not talk about this stuff.

you can dump your own bios though, and you can dump your own games. The only thing that might possibly be considered illegal is making it self bootable, but i don't think so, since you're only adding in additional code, not modifying pre-existing code.

as my title mentioned there are different laws and in most cases they are so strange that even the lawyers don´t understand them.
In some countries it´s a must that an enduser can copy his stuff to have a backup. If there is a copy protection it is against the law
In other countries u can copy it if u don´t break a copy protection.
In some european countries u can copy a copyprotected game but u are not allowed to break the copy-protection
In some cases u are not allowed to change anything in your backup, so additional code is not legal.

I own 2 Dreamcasts many joypads, two arcade sticks and some games. I do not know how to copy a game and there is no place somewhere to buy the equipment. If I order it from outside my country I wont get it because of some stupid laws that forbid to import such stuff. I am sure that most of the Chanka users use copied internetgames.
There is no difference in a game I copied myself and the iso u downloaded. U only have to own the original. And by the way no company will sue you for a console that´s "dead". At least if u don´t sell the copies and make money with it.

Final point: There is no meaning in discussing this thing. The admin of this board has to or already has decided what is ok here and not. I respect his decision whatever it is because I am a guest in his house/board.
