Help Newb Cant Boot Original Cd!

Hi am new to this, i have the original(not bootleg) SoulCalibur cd. I got everything Chankast,Bios..but it wont regonize or boot the cd. Do i have to make a image? please help me step by step, thanks you very much. All my games are commercial ones i brought from store, so what do i need to do to run it?

orignal games dont work with chanka
you HAVE to use backups........
edit:oh and by the way...
you will need dc_flash.bin in order to use chanka as well

DC games are Gd-roms, regular cd-drives cant read those
