Exclamation It's impossible...

Hi at everyone!
This is a little story that I want to tell you:
One day I have among the hands a CD with the name "Winning Eleven 7 INTERNATIONAL" for the PC.
I think:<< Beautiful! They have also produced a version for PC! >>. But after I install it and I go to the options I see that there is something that doesn't go...
I say:<< But this game is EMULATED!!! >>>.
Images give that have put here under I don't believe that there are also doubtful for you!
I have added a file Zip with the EXE and the README of the game because, if it is true that it is a subspecies of emulator, you could be useful to the Developerses (They will surely know as to do).
If have some explanation I beg you to signal it to me because I don't understand there more nothing!
P.S. (Read the step "7)" and "8)"...)

(Sorry for BAD english)

Funny thing. Metal Gear solid 1 for PC also used emulation technology. (For buffer effects I think) If you read the manual

weren't they "turned off"/missing in the pc version

According to gamespots PC MTS review: :
Quote:
Like many console-to-PC ports, Metal Gear Solid does have some problems. Since it's based on a two-year-old PlayStation game, its graphics aren't up to the highest standards, even though the graphics have stood the test of time quite well. Also, those who've seen the PlayStation version might notice that the motion-blur effect used in the cinematics appears to be missing in the PC translation.
what is stated in the manual, i only have the psx version?

*edit*
i still don't get it, what should be so special about that winning eleven. it's just a port like thousands of other games from SoulReaver to MGS2.

Moved due to having no relevance or use to PCSX2 or its developers. Jacksoft, are you using a translater for your ports? They really don't make much sense.

Then that’s not a very good review. (You can enable and disable them in the options.)

The manual, lists team members who are credited with emulation.

pointless thread.. WE7I PC is NOT emulated. its a _ported_ game with graphic update + mouse control in config menu. so stop confusing other people who didn't play it.

not exactly. there are some noticeable gameplay differences . but if you own one of them, you don't have to buy other one, cause pes3 is edited we7, we7 for europe. but still, WE7I is the best

Just in a matter of being clear about Metal Gear Solid PC version:
the PC version has the water and ninja effects, but all blurring (shaky image, camera focus blur, ...) effects are not present.
