consoles turning into pcs

because my last thread was closed by elly (personal vendeta probably, i guess i'm too 'real' for him, but i can't discuss it here.) i made this.

i warned you people but it's happened. some said i was made but.......
there has been a patch made for pandora tommorow when you go to get a server it crashes after 10secs. see what happens when ya slap in harddrives will nilly.

Now we will start seeing half finished games released on more than just PC's.... and I say its about time, I am getting so sick of being able to plug a game in and just play without having to reconfigure ini files and finding the best quality

erformance ratio for the grafix.

Consoles only have one setting though

You can't change resolution etc ... I doubt you will. I think the only thing thats gonna change is HDTV signals. Like 480, 720 and 1080 depending on your television for console games.

Ther can be ups and downs. I like the HDD idea, because it means faster loading times and the ability to download new content, demos etc ...

Um. There's not much to say about it. I think it's a good thing. For emulation purposes, and capabilities. So much more effort and technology is put into pc graphics solutions, for one thing. It's taken years of experience. Consoles with unique hardware like PS2 often have little glitches. I'm not saying the ps2 does but, you know what I mean.

It wasn't a personal vendetta. Try to mind what you say and behave well. I don't like to bring disgrace to you, so I won't explain the logic of that thread being closed.

Now AFA the topic is concerned, I don't think consoles can "turn" into PCs unless they add office tools, email clients, general purpose PC usage, application softwares like ms words, ms pp, lawn mower, dishwasher, microwave oven.....

and it's not lazy developers it's greedy publishers ready to slap out any thing halfdone just as long it gets to the start menu.

Not really, my DC exhibited the same behavior and I've heard similar stuff about the XBOX as well... I don't doubt that it's on purpose, I'm just saying that it's pure BS...
