GT2 won't run?

I can't get my GT2 running on any of the Direct 3D plugin.
The game stops after the GT2 Polygram screen.
I've tried to play with both CD or ISO.
HELP!?
I"ve also enabled the CD drive function.
My video cards are : Voodoo 3 , PowerVR Kyro
