Weird problem,please help!

OK,for starters i got symantec corporate antivirus,last rev.28/3/, I tryed yesterday and today,but there's nothing to update,I've got w32.welchia.worm and .gen,in quarantine as they cannot be fixed.And here's the problem,every tome I try to access anything in control panel, it said "windows cannot access the specified device,path or file.You may not have appropiate permissions to access the item".I am the administrator and I haven't touched settings,so I don't know how to fix this problem.I made a full scan three times(with 3 different revisions),and nothing.I don't use Kazaa,and I didn't open Emule for a month,I washed all the spam with mailwasher,so I don't think that I picked up those worms while surfing.I also cleaned all the spyware with spybot S&D,and my firewall is Kerio personal firewall.
I really don't have an idea what the problem is,but I don't think it's those worms fault,so if you've got any suggestions please help!!

I had the same virus, go here and follow YK's post. Theres also a post of myself down the page.
If you want to access files do it like this: Right click -> open as ... ->Admin (or any other user on your system). I suggest that you pull out any network/internet cables and install ZoneAlarm right after you rebooted. The pro version can even set up a network internet access.
