Voodoo 3 16MB
128RAM
(and a rubbish CD drive)

What plugins should I use? Also, what settings should I use?

moved to epsxe..
use lewpys and internal..
otherwise, it may depend on the game you are trying to play
read the faqs

What I mean is....

What config should I use with Lewpy? Alpha Blending? VSync?? I don't understand most of the options.
