Running FFTactics .BIN

I am running an FFT BIN that I got right from my own cd. The thing is, its really slow on the "Nice" setting and either really fast or really slow on the "Fast" setting. It may be my plug-in. What do you use to run this game and what are your settings?

It does both. Like it will speed up suddenly, then slow way down. The Nice setting worked through the intro movie, but after that it got really slow.

use the copy to clipboard button to copy your settings here. we'll be able to tell you what changes to make. also what are your pc specs?
