Movie/FMV sequences in Xenogears have no sound.

I just got the ISO for Xenogears. (My favorite game of all time.) The only problem is that there is no sound during the movie sequences. I have the same problem with my Einhander ISO. I've tried switching plugins but that doesn't seem to be helping. The ISO consists of a .img file and a .cue file. Please let me know if you can help. Thnx.
