Problems..... >_<

Ok first off I want to say I'm having troble with my BIOS. I have downloaded it multiple times form multiple places but sometimes EPSXE doesnt see that I have a bios in there. And I already checked if its a virus. Sometimes it works... Soemtimes it doesnt... either way I have to configure my bios everytime I restart the program. (I dont even know if I'm alloud to ask that question?)

Ok well heres my other problem. On all my games it plays wayyy too fast! How do I fix this? Thanks ahead of time for any help.

First, you must select the BIOS from the emu,
SECOND, WAREZ AREN'T TOLERATED by NGEmu
if you want to get your BIOS legally, you must dump it (ok, I admit, most of never did it, but we never said I've DLed....")

Concerning fast gameplay, read the GPU plugin docs, there's something called "Enable FPS limitation", put Auto or 50 (PAL games) / 60 (NTSC)

The FPS thing worked thanks. But as for the BIOS thing.....

I thought it was legal if you own a PS already? Also what are "Warez"? If it is illegal how can I get a legal BIOS? And yes I have selected my BIOS from the menu.

An update to my problem- I have noticed that the Emu isnt recognizeing ANY of my plugins unles I have the folder open.... Whats up with that?

And for Yogi my PC specs-

P4 3.0 gig w/ HT
1 gig ram
128 meg Radion 9600
XP Pro

Once again thank you for reading and for any help.

Warez = Pirated program/game.

You can dump bios with some mumbojumbo tools and crap like that from your own PSX, but it is illegal to download one even if you own psx. That is still kind of stupid "law". Majority here has definetly not dumped their own bios. Just dont ever mention here WHERE to download bios files, that is the thing that will get this forum users pissed off, otherwise you should be fine...

You're just going to get the thread closed keeping that talk up. Anywhoo, have you tried just deleting your epsxe folder and installing it somewhere else? Maybe your folders have too long of names? Hmmm... just try installing epsxe somewhere else, perhaps even something like C:/epsxe to test or something like that.
