Hmmm... me and my friends got into a little argument over who is the best Final Fantasy charactor. After hours of yelling and tossing objects, we thought we would ask all of you out there in emu land. So, who would win in a final fantasy free-for-all?
Personally, I think Tifa from FF7 would win....mmmmmmmm tifa....

which gives me a strange question , who is the strongest gf in ff ?

bahamut , odin , gilgamesh , alexander or leviathain (he is one of them , and i can give u the proof if u want)

back to topic
cloud will win , as he defeated sephiroth when he was in level 1 while the other was level 50

for babes , tifa or rikku from x-2 can win (rikku looks like she can get'em all) while i still can't see her as hot or beautifull as tifa , rinoa , aeris , yuna

what about a fight between tifa and aeris for cloud
or rinoa and quistis for squall

i'm tired and am saying some strange things , may be i should sleep (haaooooom)

Kefka in his God form... he only lost because he was playing around.... or the last boss in FF5... he had the power to destroy the whole universe.... dunno why didnt he used it for destroying the characters :P (supper duppoer characters are often stupid in this matter i guess)

Well, with each different game comes different abilities. I personally think the materia system was the best, so therefore I vote Cloud to win. I destroyed Ruby Weapon with Cloud alone. Why does the materia system rock? Final Attack plus Phoenix Summon! You can never be killed! (Except if you don't have the 120mp necessary to summon Phoenix, then you are screwed...happened to me once...I was pissed as hell!)
Also, Mime+KotR works real well too (Which is why I didn't have the MP for Phoenix...lol) But if you really want to get specific about it, none of the original psx ff characters could compare to the ones from FFX. One little ability...break damage limit...let's see Cloud, Squall, or Zidane stand up to 99,999 damage! So actually, when you figure that in...I vote for Auron!!! Auron is too cool. (Tidus would be a close second)

no really, the best ability system ever was the spehere grid.... it even beats materia... as you start with singular characters (a la FF9) and finish with super powerful characters sharing the same abilities (a la FF7)

plus, in ffx you had hastega
