To all Canadians:

If you thought you were save from the music industry, guess again.

The CRIA has just announced that they will start suing heavy uploaders who has Canadian music.

The only canadian music that I know is Avril. And it sucks

AFAIK this is the only benefit of living in the 3rd world: you don't need to worry about the RIAA or any kind of legal actions

The US isn't safe, now Canada isn't safe. The only place to go now is Mexico.....then again they don't sue people in Mexico, they just kill you

At least the recording industry of Malaysia(RIM) is dead and out of cash due to lack of cash and music I just hate(Even though it's cheaper than pirated music here it still sucks)

So they are looking for people who are sharing large amounts of music? And only Canadian music? Or all music in general?

How do they know who you are and what you have on your computer?
