PES3 problem

I don't have any idea to solve the problem
why the game doesn't have constant and correct speed.
sometimes it's fast. and sometimes it's very slow.
my comp is p4 1.4ghz + geforce2 64 mb + 128 mb + win xp
i also try to play it in my friend's pc
it's p4 1.8ghz + geforce4 + 256 mb + win98
but it play slower than in my pc.
now, i want to try the newer patch

Play it in window mode (without the patch). The patch fixes the too fast bug.So if it's running slow play it in window mode. That's the best solution i've heard and seen
