well i decided to switch to ZSNES the other day....but i still love SNES9x, good to see that they are still releasing versions

EDIT: gah!!! the old controller config was the best anywhere IMO...the new one is just ...normal

I switched to ZSnes myself. I don't seem to get that problem with slowdowns anymore. Not saying that Snes9x isn't a good emulator, it is. But Zsnes has alot more action on their side

The next version of Zsnes which is due out soon will have SDD1 Decompression, as well as tons of other awesome stuff. At least that's what pagefault says... There is also a new GUI, but not in the coming version. And we all know that pagefault is da MAN.

At the risk of drifting off-topic... did they give up trying to port it to the Mac or not? Pagefault mentioned a few times that one of his friends was working on it, but he hasn't said anything since.
