I'm a big fan of Yu-gi-oh on Cartoon Network. I saw some Yu-gi-oh DVDs being sold. The Jap version sells one whole season as a set (If memory serves, it has 3 (or was it 5), DVDs in one set). The english version sells Three >:-( Episodes per DVD. I saw 15 (!!!) DVDs on sale and the storekeeper says there might be more DVDs in the future (I saw a site that says the Yu-gi-oh is in the 7th Season). I know that it's cheaper to go for the Jap version but I liked the English version shown on Cartoon network better. Whaddya think? BTW, I heard that Cartoon Network has different voice versions of Yu-gi-oh on different areas (Philippines, US, etc). Is there any truth in this?

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh DVD... Are they worth it?
It's based on your own preferences. I know that the US version skipped the first season of the Japanese Yu-gi-oh. Scenes has been editted out or censored out. (There's a match where sawblades were supposed used, but "dark discs" were used instead.)

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh DVD... Are they worth it?
Don't buy the US version, get the Japanese version. I know a site where you can get the Japanese version of all the episodes made so far (New episodes of Yu-Gi-Oh are still being made in Japan) and a Yu-Gi-Oh movie for a little over a $100. Unfortuanetly, I forgot the address but when one of my online friends comes on, I'll be able to get the address for you.
