Problem uploading avatar

ok, so i want to upload a 66*87 jpeg for my avatar, but it says that the image is too large, and must be under 85*85 pixels, which it is. so why cant i upload it?
i have also converted it to a (very ugly) gif, only 4 kb, and it still says its too large?

It isn't under the limit, it's two pixels over. It can't be over 85 pixels in any dimension. Shrink the image so that it is 97.7% of the original size.

yeah i'll give it to you since i suck at art (as i have proven) meanwhile, i'm gonna take that eyesore off.

well I made different sizes made the avatars have small size and still look good , pick the one u like the most or give me a bigger Auron pic to work with
