PC Arcade shooters

Are there any good PC arcade shooters. U know games u controle 1 plane and shoot down anything that moves and bulets all over the screen . those typ of games dont know to wich catogory they belong but u know what i mean.

ehe no not simulators at all u know games u controle one plane vieuw from top of the plane and enemys from ground and skie shooting the stuff at u and u can pick power ups and things like thast.

something like raptor call of the shadows but than better ofcourse ^^

Crimson Skies is the one i recommended, great fun and arcade like.

The view is not from the top tho...

You better off playing neo geo or MAME if you like that kind of shooter IMO.

oh i know what your talking about...i don't really know many though...there are a few good freeware ones out nowadays though...can't think of what they are called...but its like spy hunter with planes ..

You should try Xtom 3D, if you can find it. It might not run on newer video cards though. It did run on my TNT2, but stopped working when I got my AIW Radeon.

hmm cant find Xtom 3D anywere i checked cheat sites for cheats about it and the game isnt even on the list.

Try "Demon Star" . it's for PC .

Or u can just get "Aero Fighters 2" , "Aero Fighters 3" or even "Ghost Pilots" for NEOGEO .

Or just play "Raptor" .

(Oops i forgot "19xx" for CPS2 )

There is win32 viersion of Raptor called Raptor2.0.The only difference is it supports gamepad/joystick/keyboard and mouse.Very good game.
If u search for Arcade games,so use mame(i recommend MAME32plus) but it is illegal to dl roms of games that u dont have.

yea i once had a demo from Demonstar

and i cant get my mame to work and neorage was a pain to use maybe il open a new treat cos neorage seems like a good emu but its a bit of a pain with the game list thing.

but uhm any more games ?

only 3 i heard now is Raptor and Demonstar and Xtom 3d

and that xton 3d must be verry rare i only found 2 images of it on google

Check "Tyrian" it's for PC too and it made me return to the genre .

And i think that Demon Star doesn't have a demo version but just a shareware one .
