.CUE generator?

Is there any program that can generate a .cue file from an iso?

and iso file doesnt need a cue (assuming it is *.ISO format)

It will need a cue sheet with most cdr burning software if the iso is in iso+wave format or iso+mp3. Goto the emutalk forums. And search for "girigiri loader". That program is a frontend for an unmentionable commercial sega saturn emulator, but it has a nifty option to make a cue sheet for iso+wave files.
