1) I think the best gfx card 4 ePSXe is GeForce 4Ti [AA in games looks verry impresive] but new Radeons are good too [even there are some glitches with emu]... As 4 sound i think that U don`t have 2 buy something super expensive (like Audgy) couse old SBLive! works verry good 4 me.
2) Set up? I don`t know whats that means... Could U speak more clearlly - my english sucks...
3) If U looking frontend 4 several !PSX! Emus BATARD Tool is soft U are looking for couse boutch ePSXeCutor & Delta are frontends only 4 ePSXe (the same like A7 is frontend only 4 PS7)

... Hope I help U somehow even my eng isn`t verry well
...c-ya

6xFSAA on my radeon destroys any amount of FSAA on the gf4's. Also, the output-quality is better all-over wether you are using tv-out or monitor-out.

if its purly for emulation, spdif-out is usless - since now emulated game will take proper advantage of it. As winter_mute said, an SBLive! is more than good enough for emulation.

There are some Voodoo 5's with TV out. For PC games they really don't cut the mustard, but for emulation, they are the mutts nutts.
