Unhappy FF9 Slow battle scene

I made my FF9 run but when it comes to battle scenes it slows down, even the sound slows down.

My plugins are:
Pete\'s Direct3D plugin, ePSXe internal plugin. Full Screen 1024 x 768, 16 bit color depth, Texture filtring: 4 - Extended, Smart Garbage collection, Off screen Drawing: 2 - standard, Advanced Blending: 0, Frame buffer Texture and acess : 0, Alpha Multipass, and Color dithering

Anyone knows how to fix it? Please!!!

What do you mean by "A Savage 4? Nooooo!!!!!"? Is there any problem with my video card? Does it mean that it couldn't handle high quality graphics?

Well The Savage 4 is one of the more.... difficult cards as far as emulation goes. It tend to produce buggy graphics, or be unreasonably slow.
I'd suggest running in 640x480, to see if that helps, or try running from an ISO

Or even just use Peops software plugin instead. Savage 4's tend to do more harm than good.

I already tried to lower the resolution to 640x480 fullscreen and i even tried a 320x240 window mode but nothing changed it's still slow. Ok i'll try that Peops software plugin and ISO but where can i download Peops Software plugin? Tnx.
