Different Problem with GT2 and maybe ePSXe

Okay, so I'm kinda new to this. I went and got GT2 and tried to load it up under ePSXe. I got up to the start/options screen and couldn't really start it. I once hit Esc then told it to reset and the game loaded. I went and did Licence B. The sound was really choppy and kept repeating itself. Once I got into the race, it was beautiful. Once I finished the race I went to put my name in and it started acting funny again, then the character wouldn't stop going up for like 5 min. So then I reset it and I couldn't do that again. I tried [F4] and that didn't work either. So I was trying to play with the CD-ROM part of it and I ran both registry files (the 9x and NT) and the game stopped loading all together. I even tried running instaspi.bat and restarting my computer. Didn't work. While I was doing this I tried a few other emulators. One said that I didn't have a CD-ROM untill I ran instaspi.bat and rebooted. I have not been able to get the game up in another emulator and this is the only game I have.

Or if some one could tell me how to make an ISO that will play, I'd be happy with that too thanks!

Okay, thanks, that worked. Some times it "stutters" and the class B licence (B-1) is whicked hard. The demo starts stopping @ 900m but I have to start stopping @ 800m. You don't happen ton know if this is a know problem or if there's a work around?
