CONAGENT.EXE. what is this for?

when ever i try to open ePSXe..it says

There is not enough memory
To start CONAGENT.EXE.
Quit some programs, and then try again

when i downloaded this before it didn't say this.

How can i get this running?

please help

sounds like a virus software is running..... try turning off virus scan before you play epsxe..... press alt-control-delete...... close all programs running except explorer, system tray, and epsxe......
