He bought me Shenmue 2 but he wants to play it first  , i just got disk 1, hehe looks good.

shemue 2 is very nice (im assuming the DC import but you may have the xbox ver). eather way great game

I don't like the XBOX version since they dubbed the voices to English, just let him finish the game u don't want to be interrupted when your playing the game I love the shenmue series!

Shenmue... one of the greatest sagas (IMO)... personally I like the XBOX version for the dub issue... only voice I liked on the import version was the one of Shen Hua...

Heh, I know... I still laugh when I recall Tom's speech when he taughts Ryo the Cyclone kick (Shenmue I)... sounds like a robot

the one thing that bothered me was Ryo didn't get it, that Nozomi really liked him and he didn't figure it out now she is gone

Well... you know, you can deepen into that relationship by doing some stuff... for example if you take the bus as soon as you finish the first day of Ryo's work you get a nice scene of the two in the bus... also if you call her the last day (when you are in the port) Ryos almost tells her how he feels... and then the moron says "nah, it's nothing"...

hmm time to play shenmue 1 again, I liked Nozomi a lot I was they got together, but than again I like the girls from shenmue 2 more

I haven't finished Shenmue 2 yet my friend still has the 3rd disc so I haven't met Shen Hua yet...

Shen Hua? Looks like I am gonna meet a lot of new characters in Shenmue2.

Is there any chance this game -or even the second- might make it on anyother than the Xbox. Is the second one exclusive or something?

For the rest of the series I don't know... (though I created a thread a few days ago where AM2 said that they were fond on the XBOX...) but Shenmue II is exclusive for the XBOX, the EU and JP versions are an exception but that game won't appear on any other system...

You know ? I thought that was quite clear when I said "the EU and JP versions are an exception but that game won't appear on any other system"... Oh, and BTW the JP version is NTSC... |
