Question

Um, extra AGP ports? I think all motherboards come w/only one AGP port. As for a board to reccomend I am not really sure. I am using the ECS K7S5A board and I really really like it. But, AFAIK it only supports Athlon processors (my CPU is an Athlon XP 2000+). Perhaps one of our resident hardware "experts" (Chris Ray or Demigod) could help you.
sincerely,

Well if it's a Socket 370 board you want then I reccomend the Abit ST6 or VP6. Very nice boards if you can find them. As far as I know S370 boards are being or have been discontinued. Best get a Socket A and Athlon or a P4. If you're after more then 1 AGP slot... you're not gonna get it.

I see he has onboard video, thus the emphasis on AGP slot(s). One AGP slot will do just fine.

Yes, I too got that impression.

If you want to get another motherboard for the purpose of using another videocard then you don't need to. Most motherboards with on-board graphics have the option of turning it off and unless you have an i810 chipset you should be able to do so. Just turn it off in the BIOS and insert the card of your choice into the AGP slot.

If that's not the case then you're going to have to specify why you want a new board with 2 AGP ports. Most, if not all motherboards sold today only have 1 so you're going to have a lot of difficulty finding one that has 2.

I think he wants a new mainboard because his crappy HP one does not have an AGP slot.

If you remove the Heatsink you should be able to see that the socket is clearly labeled.... Socket370. From a distance it looks a lot like a Socket7 socket but with way more holes.
