Ah, I think they're all 'herbal.' It's legal alright, though I honestly can't give more information on the drugs themselves. Usually there are ads of this type in the back of 'high-times' and you can find the drugs themselves for sale in head shops.

weed isn't illegal as such... its legal for some people that have a doctors say so on using it for cancer for eg

Kind of a grey area...Because they are herbal they cannot be regulated by the FDA. However if its known to have harmful or other effects it can be considered illegal...makers generally walk the fine line of what is legal and not...

Weed? or rather Hemp? thats another debate..lol...

ah.. here hemp is legal only for things such as clothin, paper etc etc.. but for personal use.. it just depends on quanity.. a bit sus if u were caught with a few dozen plants and say.. "Its only for personal Use"

Canadians are starting to win court cases against possession charges.

It seems that a few judges are throwing the cases out of court.

Good times are definately ahead.

Perhaps the site is owned by people from The Netherlands? Marijuana is legal there, so I'd assume this herbal stuff is too.

Yeh, but this sort of herbal stuff (on that site) is legal in the US too. It's just that the only stores that carry the crap also sell 'tobacco' water-pipes.

Here in the US I think ganja is still under the various '3-strikes' laws. Not sure though, anyone know?

Well when it comes to three strikes I don't know for sure but for me I just had to go to some drug "therapy" session (HAH! I knew more funny stuff about drugs when I was finished) and stay out of trouble and they supposedly dropped it from my record...not that I don't believe that there isn't some trace of it somewhere.

The usofa is quite a way behind canada and the uk

but as long as I am at home and have less than 1/2 once I can generally smoke trouble free....not that I do if there are any law personel reading

Many corporations find it quite nasty if they find out you smoke or do other drugs. To get the job I have at my bank they required me to take a drug test to get hired...apparently I passed WHEW!

For your information,some 2-nd class drugs are allowed for personal use. I dont know what they are, but there are some issues concerning them. We are not all drug takers and alcoholics like ninja, but at the sametime, you are free to do so. and i must say ninja is making use of this option quite effeectively
