Where do you get plugins from?

My PC crashed, and I lost all of my plugins. The first time I got them directly from a person, but I don't have their contact anymore. Can anyone tell me where to get plugins from? Anywhere on the net? Sorry if this is a newbie question or something we're not allowed to ask.

Thanks.

I guess the confusion is caused by the fact that epsxe.com links directly to these boards. At first I didn't even know there was such a thing as ngemu.com.
