which 1 is better?

If by NTPad and PSXPad you're referring to input drivers, well I can't say anything about PSXPad, but I can say that NTPad is slow, far too slow. You're better off buying a PSX to USB connector.

ntpad is not working right for me.
it takes about 3 sec for zsnes responses my button press

i'm goig to choose PSXpad, the NTpadxp have A LOT of problem on many Emu. especially on MAME32
