FFIX best configuration and plugins for my CPU
Well, as the thread says could someone tell me the best configuration and plugins to use with my computer? Is it best with an ISO? And if it is, do I have to use a PPF file? Here are my specs: PIII 700Mhz, 128Mb RAM, Sis video card, creative 52-X CD-R and Windows 98. Last edited by Neo2x; October 31st, 2002 at 01:56.. |

Use Pete's Direct3D plugin, read the manual, and then tweak it out until you get it running how you like it.

Well, thanks, now here is my second problem with the game. I'm using the PAL espanish version CD1; tried bios Scph7502 and 1001; Pete's CD-R using a .smi file created from CloneCD .sub file, the two options from the ePSXe CD-R plugin and Mobby's plugin. I've renamed my .ppf patch to SLES_029.69.ppf and ePSXe is on auto-load ppf file. MDEC is unstick also. But when the game is loading the emu crases telling me this error: "ePSXe (error) recompile block too large" What can I do to solve it? This only happens with the first CD, in the other ones it first start with the paradox logo and then the game starts. Last edited by Neo2x; November 1st, 2002 at 03:08.. |

solution is simple. Buy the game, and don't use illegally obtained pirate copies.
