This is a really weird problem which has even baffled me

at home when I'm surfing the net (I use microsoft internet explorer) the text size is relatively well sized not too big not too small but all of a sudden the text has become about 120% actual size! thats huge the only text that hasnt changed size is the links bet it was my bro fiddling round witht the settings (he's only 5)can any one help me????
