Thumbs down Can't view chinese web pages

hi,for some strange reason after i reinstalled xp, i cant seem to view chinese web pages. ne bright suggestions?

make sure you have East Asian languages installed. In IE, try View --> Encoding --> Chinese blabla...

Try Chinese Big 5 encoding.

Works fine for me. Install Chinese (Simplified) language support.

k the problem seems to be that explorer switches to chinese simplify on its own when it enters a chinese page. ne suggestions on how to fix it?
