ePSXe Cool Interface back

I´m working again on a new ePSXe CI version which will be totally customizable, ePSXe menus, buttons and pics now could be customized. I will include predefined skins that will be Win9x Interface, WinXP Interface and MAC Interface means that using Win9X your ePSXe will look like a ePSXe in XP or MAC! Support for command line is planned, also better intelligent menus and loads of features will be added. I haven´t a release date yet
