LAN + ePSX + CyberPad + Kaillera + WinningEleven = GAME OUT of SYNC

me and my brother were respectful fan of FIFA series.. till I saw the Winning Eleven (or Pro Evolution Soccer in Europe for PS1)..

then I began to explore the emulators world and I found lots of source and knowledge.. I succeed to play WE in my PC.. thanks to all emulator workers..

now, we want to play WinningEleven on our small LAN..
LAN with HUB
two PCs.. same configuration (Athlon 800, 16 mb tnt2 etc)
same emulators, same plugins..

we downloaded and set up CyberPad + Kaillera server

we could connect and create game/join game on each PC
no problem on connection and menu browsing with multiplayer...

but while we starting the match, always got "game is out of sync" and couldn't play the match..

or any solution to play that game over LAN+PCs
if you can help us we will be so happy to play Winning Eleven on our PCs on LAN/multiplayer
