Problems with lunar 2 & FF8

I have been having problems with the voices in lunar 2 The voices are not quite fluid. They speak word per word with a pause of one second between the words. And their's alot of lags. But the movies are not affected by the sound and the image lags. As for FF8 I have been having the same sound lag but this time only in the movies. My emulator is epsxe and I'm using pete's gpu pluginsm, pete's Dsound psx spu and pete's aspi cdr. My computer has 1.6 ghz and 256 mb ram. I would appreciate your help

try using Eternals SPU plugin 1.30. What graphics card are you using, if its Geforce use pete's plugins if its Vodoo use Lewpys plugin

My card is geforce with 32 mb
