spyware
is there any ways i can check my computer of there is any hidden spyware programs activated? i got the feeling theres some spyware crap in my windows xp account. any help?

Try Ad aware and Cydoor Spyware Remover. They are the best.

there is also pest patrol. but ad aware is alot better in my opinion
