VGS does not load the game AND EPSXE shows this:

Have you tried making an ISO image of it to test if it's a scratched CD?
Could you post your specs and confings?

yeah... i had that kind of error when trying to play Vigilant 8 in ePSXe... and guess what? it wasn't supported! Altough I think that someone already messioned that game beeing playable in some emu not sure thought!

Mebbe its your cd. I finished this (crapy) game 1 time using VGS and 1 time using EPSXE. It was perfect.

If all these solutions don't work, reinstall Windows... if youre desperate for it.

that op code means you have frame buffer setting that doesn't work this game. Change that and see how it works

why would epsxe give and opcode error? it just wouldn't load with scratched cd.

Depends how badly scrated and were the scratch is. Eg if only a level were corrupt, the game would run fine until that level was reached, when it tried to read it from the bad part of the disk it would crash (normally with an opcode)
