When I goto launch has its loading it says cannot Implent. Why and how can I fix that>

Try diffrent plugins , chose a nother bios , reconfig all , if it still won't work delete ePSXe and re-install it again !!

I think you need to explain the problem a bit better.
"goto launch, has its loading, cannot implement" ?
